The goal of the challenge is for the player to convince the “guardian of the treasure” — NovaryonAI —
using a single message to hand over the treasure.
The “treasure” is a continuously growing prize pool, which increases with each unsuccessful attempt.
3) Participation Requirements
No registration is required on the platform.
A fee of 3 USD is required to send a message.
Each player may submit only one message per challenge.
By sending the message, the player accepts these game rules.
4) Participation Fee & Payment
Message submission fee: 3 USD per message.
Payments and prize payouts are made via PayPal.
The fee covers the attempt itself; refunds are generally not provided, unless required by law or the Terms & Conditions.
5) Prize Pool & Growth
The prize pool increases with all unsuccessful message submissions.
The current active amount is displayed on the website.
6) Payout (PayPal)
If NovaryonAI “hands over the treasure”, the system rewards the winner with automatic PayPal payout of the full prize pool.
Payout is sent to the valid PayPal address provided by the player.
For technical or security reasons, identity verification may be required prior to payout (e.g., fraud prevention).
7) Message Submission Rules
A message may only be sent after successful payment.
Only one message is allowed per player.
Prohibited content (illegal, hateful, dangerous) results in immediate invalidation.
8) Invalid Participation & Exclusion
Multiple registrations, data falsification, automated attempts or system abuse lead to invalid participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude suspicious or irregular entries.
9) Liability Statement
Participation does not guarantee winning; the outcome depends entirely on the system’s decision.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors or payment service delays outside its control.

If any aspect of the challenge were ever classified as a regulated activity, participation would be subject to compliance with applicable laws.
10) Data Processing
The Organizer processes personal data for the purpose of managing the challenge, communication, and payouts, as described in the
Privacy Policy.
Payments are handled by PayPal under its own terms and conditions.
11) Other Provisions
The Organizer may modify these rules; updates become effective upon publication on the website.
Hungarian law applies to all matters not covered here.
